Adapter for converting the BMW 8HP AWD XDRIVE gearbox to a rear-wheel-drive (RWD) version. Adapter designed for a BMW flexible coupling LK=105mm/12.
Key features of the adapter:
- adapter case is made from the strongest aluminum alloy available on the market – Fortal AW7075.
- The drive shaft transfers power from the output shaft of the 8HP XDRIVE gearbox to the driveshaft, made of heat-treated 42CrMo4 steel. The shaft includes a 16mm centering pin for the driveshaft.
- The drive shaft is mounted in the housing with a double bearing, ensuring precise centering and power transmission. The entire assembly is centered on the gearbox case pilot.
