Upgraded valve springs are an absolute must have for any BMW M57 making higher than factory power output. With the perfect combination of increased seat pressure and ideal spring rate, these springs will ensure your valves seat properly and the valve train is not overloaded at max lift from excessive / incorrect spring rates.
